To reduce the footprint of oxidation ditch aeration tanks, conserve urban land resources, and lower construction costs for oxidation ditch wastewater treatment plants, our company has conducted extensive research and made significant improvements to the original aeration discs. The original two-sided oxygen supply and flow propulsion have been upgraded to a three-dimensional oxygen supply and flow propulsion system. This enhancement greatly improves both flow propulsion capacity and oxygen transfer efficiency, allowing the applicable water depth to increase from 4.5 meters to 5.5 meters. This breakthrough makes it feasible for oxidation ditch processes to achieve instantaneous high-density oxygen supply, long-distance flow propulsion in both anaerobic and aerobic sections, eliminating the need for underwater propellers and reducing energy consumption and investment costs. It can replace inverted umbrella aerators, enhance flow propulsion capacity, and save 25% in electricity consumption compared to similar models.
